Baptism
Baptism preparation class is required before scheduling Baptism.  Ideally, class should be taken during the last trimester of pregnancy.  Classes are held the first Wednesday of each month, except during Lent.  Please contact the Central Office at 715-672-5640 to sign up.

First Communion
Enrollment in either Assumption Catholic School or the Tri-Parish Religious Education Programs is required.  For more information, please contact Deacon Ed at 715-672-4668. 

Confirmation
Enrollment on the Tri-Parish Religious Education Program is required. For more information, please contact Deacon Ed at 715-672-4668.

Marriage
Weddings must be scheduled at least one year in advance.  To schedule a wedding, please contact Diane Wood, Parish Secretary at 715-672-5640. Please consult our Wedding Guidelines if you are planning a wedding in the Tri-Parish. A list of readings to choose from is also available.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)
Classes run from September until Easter.  For more information, please contact Deacon Ed at 715-672-4668.

RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation for Children)  
Rite of Christian Initiation for Children is a program for children ages 5 and older who have not been baptized.  This program is also for children who are older and have not received Reconciliation or First Holy Communion. For more information, please contact Deacon Ed at 715-672-4668.
