Our Values
At Assumption Catholic School we are committed to providing a nurturing learning environment that promotes strong Christian values, love for God, prayer, respect for others, and service to the community. We educate the whole child and support each student's growth spiritually, academically, emotionally, socially, and physically. This is accomplished through formation in three key areas: Faith, Academics, and Service.
FAITH
Strengthening the spiritual lives and moral foundation of our students through daily prayer and trust in God.
Our students are surrounded by faith everyday and are taught to carry God with them in everything they do. We strive to help our students live by Gospel values, display strong moral character, and positively contribute to their school and community. SERVICE
Instilling the characteristics and virtues necessary for our students to be leaders of tomorrow through community engagement and service to others.
Christian service is an integral part of the student experience at Assumption Catholic School. All students take an active role in bettering the world around them through regular service at each of the following levels: Classroom, School, Local Community, and Globally. Even preschool and 4K students gain greater appreciation of community needs by collecting items to support community agencies. |
As students grow older, they become more involved in local efforts and extend their reach to support national and international causes.

- Our students collect over 500 pounds of food each Thanksgiving season, and deliver it to our local food pantry.
- At Christmas our students adopt a family in hopes of bringing Christmas joy to their home.
- Every other year, our students pack food for Feed My Starving Children to send to the hungry in Haiti.
- Each year during Catholic Schools week, we hold a Mission Carnival and send all of our proceeds to church missions.
- During Lent we conduct penny wars to supplement our mite boxes and gift the Santa Cruz mission in Boliva.
