Our 2022 Faith Formation program is in full swing! If you are looking to register your kids, please submit a registration form to DRE@catholictriparish.org.

Our 7th - 10th grade students are alternating in-person and online course work. If you are looking for access to these assignments see below.​
LOCATIONS
  • Assumption Catholic School, Durand 
  • Sacred Heart Church, Mondovi
​SACRAMENTS 
  • First Reconciliation: Second graders are scheduled to receive the Sacrament of First Reconciliation on February 18th.
  • First Holy Communion:  Second graders receive their First Holy Communion on the following dates: SM/HR/ACS - April 22nd & SH - April 23rd
  • Confirmation:  Youth begin preparing for Confirmation as freshmen in high school and are confirmed in the fall of their junior year. This years confirmation will be on October 23rd.

The Faith Formation / Youth Ministry Programs keep us busy most every day, so to help everyone know when exactly we can be found in the offices we have put together an office schedule. We are available outside of these times but may be at events or in meetings. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for an alternate time!
Sacred Heart, Mondovi
All hours by appointment (can be scheduled 30 mins ahead):
Mondays: 10AM-1PM
Thursdays: 10AM - 1PM
St. Mary's Assumption, Durand
No appointment needed (unless outside hours):
Tuesdays: 12-5PM
Wednesdays: 12-5PM
