Thank you for your interest in Assumption Catholic School! Families looking to enroll their child in Assumption School must complete a registration form and submit the form, along with a baptismal (or birth) certificate to the school office.

You are encouraged to attend an Open House or contact the principal to schedule a tour of the school. You and your child are welcome to view the school and meet the staff. Assumption School offers shadow days where your child will shadow a school student for the day - attending classes, meeting teachers and new friends, and joining us for lunch.

Records:
New students/transfer students are required to schedule a meeting with the principal prior to admission. A copy of their most recent report card should be provided to the school at that time. The school must also receive student records from the previous school including a baptismal (or birth) certificate.

Physical:
All students new to Assumption School (grades 4-8) who are interested in athletics, are required to have a complete physical before being allowed to practice with a team. Please contact the school office at 715-672-5617 for more details and a physical form.

Tuition Rates, Grants, and Scholarships:
At Assumption Catholic School, we recognize the sacrifice that parents make in order to give their child(ren) a Catholic education. We strive to work with families in order to make this opportunity as affordable as possible. If it is your desire to send your child to Assumption Catholic School, we want to work with you to make it possible. No child will be turned away for financial reasons.

The Tri-Parish of St. Mary’s, Holy Rosary and Sacred Heart generously supports over half of our tuition costs so that we can continue to offer strong, affordable, faith filled education to as many families as possible.

Due to the financial support from the Tri-Parish, tuition costs are reduced for both parishioners and non-parishioners, though costs vary between the two. Tuition is further reduced for families with more than one child attending. Please see our registration form for current tuition rates.

For parishioners, one child can attend Assumption for only $166.25 per month for 12 months, which amounts to $11/day for 180 days of school. Please note that our 4 year old kindergarten program is free!

We also offer an easy way to offset tuition costs through our SCRIP program, which allows anyone - even grandparents and friends - to designate funds toward a child's tuition without any additional spending! (Learn more about SCRIP and how it can help your child HERE.)

Through the generosity of the Lois Bauer Memorial Scholarship, there are also additional funds available to help families in financial need provide their children with a Catholic education. Learn more HERE.
